Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Clear Derma MD, we strive to provide the highest quality of dermatological care. Because our services involve professional medical time and personalized, prescription-grade treatments, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Consultation Fees
The consultation fee covers the digital review, diagnosis, and prescription creation by a certified dermatologist.
Non-Refundable: Once you have submitted your skin quiz and uploaded your photos, the consultation fee is non-refundable, as our medical team immediately begins the review process.
Exception: If, for any reason, our medical team determines that your condition cannot be treated via a digital platform before a prescription is generated, a full refund of the consultation fee may be issued at our discretion.
2. Personalized Prescription Products
Due to the medical and highly personalized nature of our skincare treatments, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on products once they have been dispensed and shipped.
Safety & Hygiene: Medicated products are compounded or selected specifically for your skin type and cannot be restocked or resold to other patients for safety and regulatory reasons.
Commitment to Results: Clinical skincare often requires 6–12 weeks of consistent use to see results. We encourage patients to adhere to their routine and consult our support team before discontinuing use.
3. Order Cancellations
Pre-Shipment: You may cancel your product order within 2 hours of payment, provided the dermatologist has not yet finalized your prescription.
Post-Prescription: Once a dermatologist has approved and generated your prescription, the order enters the fulfillment stage and can no longer be canceled.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your clinical treatments, but if an issue occurs during transit:
Report Window: You must report any damaged, leaked, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: Please email support@cleardermamd.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Processing
In cases where a refund is approved (e.g., a technical error or a canceled consultation within the allowed window):
Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
