3. The Digital Consultation
Not for Emergencies: Our service is for chronic or non-emergency skin conditions (e.g., acne, pigmentation). If you are experiencing a severe allergic reaction or medical emergency, seek immediate in-person care.
Photo Requirements: Consultations are dependent on the quality of photos uploaded. If photos are unclear, our medical team may request new images before proceeding with a prescription.
Doctor’s Discretion: Our dermatologists reserve the right to refuse treatment if they believe a digital consultation is not suitable for your specific condition.
4. Prescriptions & Medication
Personal Use Only: Any medication prescribed through Clear Derma MD is for your exclusive use. You must not share, sell, or distribute your prescribed treatments to others.
Adherence: You agree to follow the dosage and application instructions provided by the doctor. Misuse of medical-grade actives (such as Tretinoin or Hydroquinone) can lead to skin irritation or injury.
Side Effects: While treatments are clinically backed, skin may react during the initial phase (e.g., purging or dryness). You agree to report any severe adverse reactions to our support team immediately.
5. Payments, Refunds, & Cancellations
Consultation Fees: Fees for doctor reviews are non-refundable once the consultation has been submitted.
Product Returns: Due to the personalized and medical nature of our treatments, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on prescribed products once they have been shipped.
Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, though we will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
6. User Account Security
